I used a sketch by Mojo Monday (MOJO268) for my card design. I embossed the main circle and inked it using a direct-to-paper technique. The perimeter of the background panel and the two accent circles were paper pierced and faux stitches were drawn with a marker.
I colored Millard with copics and fussy cut him. He was then popped up over the embossed panel. The sentiment was anchored with a button from my stash that had been threaded with a bit of baker's twine. I'm planning to drop this card off at my hubby's work to let him know I'm thinking of him during the day.

Embellishments/Tools: baker's twine (The Twinery-cappuccino), button from my stash, Spellbinders Standard Circles (Large & Small), Cuttlebug Embossing Folder (Distressed Stripes), Sharpie Fine Point Marker (brown)
